Our first Happy Hour of the year will take place at
Gene McCarthy's Tavern
in the old First Ward of South Buffalo.
This south Buffalo mainstay has been serving grain workers, firefighters, politicians, and the local neighborhood for over 50 years. When new owners purchased the lot next door and build a brew house in 2013, The Old First Ward Brewing Company was born. Today the tavern serves their own brew on nine taps along side old favorites like Harp and Guinness. Please join us at this quintessential Irish pub for fellowship, laughs, and a pint or three!
