Join us for a special edition of our annual St. Patrick's Night dinner featuring a private tour of the Shea's Seneca Renovation!

Presenting our our very special guest speaker

Jake Schneider

CEO, Schneider Development

A family-style traditional Irish dinner to follow at the

Blackthorn Restaurant & Pub

The historic Shea’s Seneca building is located at the heart of the Seneca Street commercial corridor. Originally constructed in 1929 by Michael Shea (who also built Shea’s Buffalo and North Park Theater), the building is a defining South Buffalo landmark and has long served as a central social and economic hub of the community. It is now undergoing a $9.5 million redevelopment that will include a 450-seat banquet facility, a cafe and bakery run by Public Espresso + Coffee, April Spencer Floral Design, a craft beer store, and 23 high-end apartments. We will be guided personally by Jake Schneider, President & CEO of Schneider Development, LLC who will then join us for dinner and take your questions.

We will meet in the lobby of Shea's Seneca at 5:30 pm for a guided tour. We will then reconvene at the Blackthorn at 6:30 pm for a pint before dinner at 7:00 pm.

Harp beer will be served (2 pitchers per table) before a traditional family style dinner of corned beef with all the trimmings. After dinner we will hear from our speaker who will then take questions from our group.

You do not have to attend the tour to attend the dinner.

Seating for this special event is limited to 40 people. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. Please make your reservation now!
