at the Roaming Bison Tavern in north Buffalo.
This recent addition to Buffalo's surging restaurant scene is owned by Scalp & Blade member Jon Herzog's brother Greg Herzog, and bills itself as a "Bourbon bar and grill serving upscale pub fare with a Southern twist." We will enjoy a four-course food and bourbon pairing that will include:
Smoked Wings
Beet Salad
Beef Brisket with Mashed Potatoes & Collard Greens
Chef's Choice Dessert
Each course will be served with a bourbon, four unique bourbons in all.
