Whiskey Tasting & Food Pairing
Please join us at Kevin O'Connell's acclaimed American Bistro for an evening of fine food and premium whiskey as presented by Bob Fiore of Heaven Hill Distilleries.
Mr. Fiore will lead us through tastings of several offerings from the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection.
Chef O'Connell will create a series of five small plates to be paired with the whiskey and his bar staff will introduce some craft cocktails made with the tasting brands.
The featured whiskeys range from Evan Williams Kentucky Straight Bourbon to 18 year old Elijah Craig Single Barrel. We will also sample Wheat, Rye and small batch productions.
This event promises to be quite memorable. Seating is limited to the first 45 reservations.
The cost for this event is only $40 for members, $45 for non-members. This represents an excellent value for the price.
