For over twenty years, Scalp and Blade has participated in this very unique to Buffalo event.

We will return to Bacchus Wine Bar & Restaurant for an encore performance of our very sucessful 2009 event. This year, members and their guests will select from the following menu:
First Course (choice of one)
  • Porcini Mushroom Bisque with truffle oil
  • Caesar Salad
  • Pear Salad
  • Roasted Beet Orange Salad with warm goat Cheese

Second Course (choice of one)

  • Oven Roasted Pork Chop with gorgonzola Cream sauce and sun dried cherry
  • Grilled Swordfish with herb risotto and tomato crab butter
  • Free Range Chicken with buttermilk drizzle, caramelized mashed potatoes and tomato salad
  • Butternut Squash Risotto with toasted pumkin seeds and shaved parmesan cheese

Third Course (choice of one)

  • Chocolate Mousse Cake
  • Apple Tar Tartan with vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate and Vanilla Gelato

Coffee and Tea will be served

We will gather at Bacchus at 5:30pm. Dinner service will conclude in time for those with theather tickets to make the 8:00pm curtain call at all local theathers.

Complimentary valet service is available for all!

This event is "Black Tie Optional"
