For over twenty years, Scalp and Blade has participated in this very unique to Buffalo event.
We will return to Bacchus Wine Bar & Restaurant for an encore performance of our very sucessful 2009 event. This year, members and their guests will select from the following menu:
First Course (choice of one)

Oven Roasted Pork Chop with gorgonzola Cream sauce and sun dried cherry

Grilled Swordfish with herb risotto and tomato crab butter

Free Range Chicken with buttermilk drizzle, caramelized mashed potatoes and tomato salad

Butternut Squash Risotto with toasted pumkin seeds and shaved parmesan cheese
Third Course (choice of one)
Coffee and Tea will be served
We will gather at Bacchus at 5:30pm. Dinner service will conclude in time for those with theather tickets to make the 8:00pm curtain call at all local theathers.
Complimentary valet service is available for all!
This event is "Black Tie Optional"
