Please join us on a private tour of the landmark downtown hotel's $42 million restoration as personally conducted by Mr. Rocco Termini, developer.
After our tour, you and your guests are invited to an informal happy hour reception at Ulrich's Tavern.
Our group will meet at 4:00 PM on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the main entrance of the hotel on the corner of Washington and Clinton Streets.
This is a "once in a lifetime" opportunity to view the behind the senes restoration of the 1904 landmark before it reopens to the public in May. You will want to invite your friends to experience this unique event.
Please make reservations for both the tour and reception no later than Tuesday, January 31, 2012. There is no cost for the tour - the cost for Happy Hour is $15 per person and will include your first beer or wine, drink specials and some of Ulrich's famous bar food.
